Taste and discover the distinctive characteristics of the fine wines that make this region known as the birthplace of Australian wine - and a connoisseur's delight! The Hunter Valley produces some of the best wines in the world, including the signature variety Semillon, and the festival plays host to more than 20 Hunter Valley wineries and producers, with several events to be hosted in and around the city.
